Not completely satisfied with your product? That is of course not the intention, but it can always happen. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, we would love to hear what is wrong with your product!
If you have your product unused and unopened, you can return it within 14 days.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving reasons. You have 14 days after the cancellation to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount, excluding shipping costs (unless the package is faulty). If you use your right of withdrawal you send the product with all delivered accessories in the original condition - as far as that is reasonable and can- and packaging back to Dampfabriek. To make use of this right, please contact us via info@dampfabriek.com. We will refund the amount due within 14 days after receipt of your return shipment.
Exception for returns
An exception to this rule are used mouthpieces, cartomizers, clearomizers, coils etc. Because these are hygienic products you can not return them. However, you can return liquids with an unbroken seal. Check before you open the liquid just as well if you have really got the right taste and nicotine strength, because once he is open you can not return it.
